The house is located in the center of the village of Arbanassi. It has five double and two triple rooms, each of which has a private bathroom and kabel TV. Some rooms have air conditioning - N3, 5, 6 and 7. Rooms N 3, 4 and 5 have a shared terrace.

The house has an equipped kitchen box in the dining room, tavern and fireplace. Works all year round. The built heating installation makes it a preferred place for rest during the winter months. The total capacity of the house is for 16 seats. Additional advantages are the large courtyard with parking spaces, barbecue in the yard, as well as places for entertainment - table tennis and darts.
